I was looking for inexpensive and nice sounding portable speaker system for my iPod and iPhone, so I bought the Yamaha PDX 11 Portable Player Dock based on the reviews of others that had purchased it. I couldn't be happier. The bass is full with a crisp mid range and clean highs. It sounds so good, I don't even miss that its not a "stereo" system in the general sense. If you are looking for a good portable speaker dock with a remote control, I highly recommend the PDX 11.
